Payment Method

We use PayPal for credit card payments. You can also pay by check. If you have an E-mail request regarding shipping times, availability, or pricing, we return an E-mail with the information. In case you want to go ahead with your order, just press the payment link enclosed with the return-email.

Warranty

Upon receipt please check your shipment for damage. FunSplash makes every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your merchandise however, please follow these important steps if your merchandise is damaged. If the exterior packaging is damaged contact the shipping company at once to report the damage and follow their instructions. Request that they immediately return the merchandise to FunSplash at the address listed on the packing slip. If only the contents of the shipment are damaged or defective follow the return policy instructions above. FunSplash will honor the manufacturer's warranties for all the products it sells. If any product proves to be defective during the warranty period FunSplash will repair or replace the defective product or parts or refund the purchaser's original purchase price, at FunSplash's discretion. FunSplash will not be responsible nor liable for parts or products damaged by abuse, accident, neglect or improper assembly. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. Used or demo-equipment is sold 'as is'.

Pricing Errors

Due to the electronic nature of posting websites, pricing errors are possible. FunSplash reserves the right to withdraw any offer. Upon notification all price errors will be corrected immediately.
